Brooklyn Flea — Brooklyn, New York
Founded in 2008, Brooklyn Flea has become one of New York City’s premier destinations for vintage furniture, home décor, clothing, handmade goods and antiques. The New York Times called it “one of New York’s great urban experiences,” and it consistently ranks among the best markets in the country.
Today, the Brooklyn Flea runs at one main location depending on the season. Rose Bowl Flea Market — Pasadena, California
The Rose Bowl Flea Market is a California legend. Over 20,000 visitors and 2,500 vendors gather monthly at Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena — making it the largest flea market on the West Coast. Brimfield Antique Show — Brimfield, Massachusetts
Started in 1959 by local auctioneer Gordon Reid in his own backyard, the Brimfield Antique Show is now the largest outdoor antique show in the country. Over 1 million visitors attend each year across three six-day runs in May, July and September, with more than 5,000 dealers across 20+ fields on either side of Brimfield’s main road.
Each field has its own opening day and its own character. Three standout areas: Dealers’ Choice (quality rustic furniture), Heart-O-The Mart (hobnail glassware and intact grain sacks) and J&J Auction Acres (colonial cherry chests and convex mirrors). The July and September shows tend to yield better prices than the crowded May opener. Budget three days for a thorough visit. Parking is available around local churches and fields for approximately $10 per day.
Food is a highlight: try the lobster rolls, freshly popped kettle corn and the Pilgrim Sandwich (turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and mayo on a soft bun).

Renninger’s — Mount Dora, Florida
Every weekend, Renninger’s Mount Dora Flea Market and Antique Center transform 117 acres of Lake County countryside into a twin market covering more than 1,000 vendors. Kane County Flea Market — St Charles, Illinois
Founded over 45 years ago by Helen Robinson, the Kane County Flea Market in Illinois fills up to 1,000 booths monthly and draws crowds of up to 30,000. Melrose Trading Post — Los Angeles, California
The Melrose Trading Post is a weekly antique, art and collectibles market held every Sunday in the parking lot of Fairfax High School — and it’s also a fundraiser for the school. Around 3,000–4,000 visitors attend each week to browse nearly 200 eclectic vendors offering vintage clothing, records, furniture, plants, jewellery, knickknacks and quirky antique treasures. Alameda Point Antiques Faire — Alameda, California
The Alameda Point Antiques Faire is the largest antique show in Northern California. Held on the first Sunday of each month on a former naval base airstrip with views of San Francisco Bay, it draws over 800 vendor booths of vintage clothing, stereos, furniture, jewellery, art, pottery, books and collectibles. Texas Antique Weekend — Fayetteville to Carmine, Texas
Everything is bigger in Texas, and its premier antique event is no exception. Texas Antique Weekend is a twice-yearly chain of shows spanning 30 acres along Highway 237, halfway between Houston and Austin. Each April and October, thousands of vendors descend on Fayette County — bringing majolica ceramics, mid-century holiday decorations, Victorian items, ranch oak furniture and much more. The event welcomes 100,000+ visitors each time across dozens of show sites in and around Round Top, Warrenton, Carmine, Burton, Fayetteville and surrounding communities.

What began in 1939 as a local livestock auction in the heart of Amish country has grown into one of Ohio‘s largest flea markets. 127 Corridor Sale — Michigan to Alabama

Stretching 690 miles of scenic rural highway from Addison, Michigan to Gadsden, Alabama, it is the longest yard sale in the world. Originally the Hell’s Kitchen Flea Market, the Chelsea Flea Market absorbed the Hell’s Kitchen vendors in January 2019 and now operates at 29 West 25th Street between Sixth Avenue and Broadway.
