Once a month from March to December, the Kane County Flea Market in Illinois fills up to 1000 booths, and gathers record numbers of up to 30,000 visitors on its fairgrounds. The fairgrounds are where treasure seekers, bargain hunters, or those looking for a weekend escape, gather.
The Kane County Flea Market started off over 45 years ago as the brainchild of Helen Robinson. It has since then, grown exponentially. Operating in cooperation with both their vendors and customers, the organizers of the Kane County Flea Market have managed to offer something truly special for each and every visitor. No wonder why it is one of one of America’s favorite flea markets.
Specialty items which can be found at this flea market, include heritage valuable and antique furniture pieces. These items range from 1950s dinettes to dressers, Scandinavian apothecary tables, and credenzas handmade during the 1960s. However, vendors at the Kane County Flea Market also sell knick-knacks at affordable prices for flea market newbies.
