Klettenberggürtel flea market - Cologne, GERMANY / Köln, DEUTSCHLAND
The Klettenberggürtel flohmarkt is a small flea market that takes place once a month, at the same location where the usual weekly city market is held. Private exhibitors sell all kind of things, ranging from well-preserved clothing & books, to furniture and kitchen appliances.
Since most retailers have cleaned their basement from unused items, and won’t probably feel like taking them back home again, there’s a pretty wide margin for haggling. (Photo: Wikipedia commons).
Where: Klettenberggürtel, Köln, GERMANY
When: Once a month on Sunday 11:00 am – 06:00 pm

A true dyed-in-the-wool flea market hunter, Ashley has never been afraid to dig her hands into old dusty boxes full of spider webs, to search for lost treasures. At age 6 she was already spending hours in her grand parents' attic digging into old stuff, and when she turned 10, she organized her first garage sale in her neighborhood. She is an avid reader (old books, even better) and loves to write about her finds at the flea market, and her favorite vintage venues.
